Define lifeless . Soft and smooshy? Is it just the leather getting softer? BTW this is a thread for sharing pics of your Velos. Questions about condition etc should be in the care and maintenance thread. Mods should this be moved over there?

So happy to finally join this club! I have wanted one for ages.
She is very used and has piping showing on two corners, but I got her very cheap so I’m happy to give her a lot of care. It fits perfectly with my life as a mom of a toddler to not get a brand new one atm ❤️
