Another good murder mystery is Flight Attendant on HBO max with Kaley Cuoco and Zosia Mamet (from Girls), who makes it worth watching if you were a Girls fan.
Six Feet Under...5 seasons. Speaking of endings, this series had one of the best endings I've ever watched. Fabulously quirky!

yes, I watched Six Feet Under and The Sopranos both on free cable as repeats. Excellent shows. could watch again.
another older one I watched since getting HBO fairly recently - Deadwood; loved that one.

What a crap ending. What a wuss, going to jump off the bridge into the river. If I were Grace I would have pushed him off it! 
True story. I watched the Six Feet Under finale when it aired back in 2005. I was so emotionally wrecked I have never been able to watch it again. Absolutely the best series finale of all time. Brilliant.
I caught part of an interview today of hugh grant by teri gross of npr. he was interesting and amusing just as you would think he would be.....talking about his childhood, his grandfather etc.

I have a feeling Hugh Grant, Donald Sutherland, and Noma Dumezwani (Hailey Fitzgerald) will get nominated for something. They delivered incredible performances.
Nicole is steady and great, but I don't think in this TV series she was any particularly stellar.
Anyway the ending was a bit cramped and rushed and too much....
