I don't mind the smaller size but I don't like the red on black or at least those particular leathers. The flaps looks stiff. Wine with black suede flaps would have looked better.

i think its great that she's bringing back the Matinee (its even better if its the mini version 
) but i prefer the black and blue version though

You know, I was never all over the original "Thriller" Mattie, but this version I love! For once I LIKE that the red flaps are regular leather and not suede. They seem more vibrant.
I don't think it's a smaller size, but just that it's stuffed so it looks "fatter" rather than long.

I love it! Huge Michael Jackson fan too. Was listening to MJ music prior to reading this thread. How fitting. I will totally buy it. Plus the red adds a nice twist to the black handbag.
The smaller size is perfect. I also love the color combination. I think I would like this version over the previous version because everything is leather. Don't really like suede.
Is it for the fall season or what? When is it coming out? Any info!

Oh, I absolutely LOVE it! A mini Matinee would be fantastic, and the red adds some edge to it. I can't wait for more details!
