The style name of this Tiffany diamond key? Is it still available?

I saw the picture below the other day and I was really hooked by how feminine it looks, however, I checked online but only found the pattern with a pink diamond in the center, not sure if I'm a big fan of pink diamonds, are the plain ones still available?

What's the name of this style? When was it released? I've never seen anyone wearing it IRL so I'd really appreciate your thoughts. TIA~

it's the floret key pendent.

You may have to call Tiffany directly, but the Floret Key with white diamonds only is still available. =)
