Hello everyone!

I'm looking to purchase this balenciaga from the real real that is on final sale and non-returnable. However, once I purchase I was wondering if I am able to return for full refund if item is proven to be inauthentic. Does anyone know the answer or experienced this personally with the real real? I emailed them but haven't heard a response yet...

Don't know the answer, sorry. They do not provide enough photos to identify, let alone authenticate what they are selling. In the past, I have asked for more photos in order to authenticate. It takes a few days, but I think that is only way to be sure you are getting an authentic bag.

I once bought a bag from TRR that proved to be fake. After negotiations with their team, I managed to get a refund on the bag, but made a loss on international shipping and taxes which came up to quite a significant amount.
