Hi! Congrats!! Question for you... when you have the zipper closed on your new Palermo PM, does the zipper look a bit wavy? Mine does, so I was wondering if yours was similar....
Also, when you pull the zipper all the way to the end to zip up the purse, do you have to tug on it to have the zipper pull reach the very end of the zipper? My zipper pull looks like it doesn't want to stay close - it doesn't move but I think because the end of the zipper area is a bit larger, the zipper looks like it doesn't want to stay in place at the end. Hope this makes sense....

Ooooh! I saw this bag at Saks yesterday -- gorgeous. I've been off LV for a while, but I may need to grab one of these. I love the soft pleat in the center, the shoulder strap, the secure zip closure, and all the pockets. This would make a fabulous travel bag!
When I picked up my PM, it only had plastic around the detachable shoulder strap. Nothing else. I think the SAs are suppose to remove everything in advance, but my SA will leave the plastic on for me if it hasn't already been removed during the unpacking of the shipment. But, my PM had everything off except for the shoulder strap.
