I thought this would be a fun idea for a thread... basically is there a watch or jewellery item you almost bought but didnt, and now regret not purchasing?

For me, I have never been interested in Rolex or men's watches but when I tried on this second hand Rolex that changed! I didn't purchase because at the time it seemed a silly thing to spend so much money on, especially when I have a Tag hauer that I wear and love. But since then I can't get this particular watch out of my head and if I had the opportunity again I would definitely go for it.

Perfect thread for my last 2 purchases! Being a retired horsewoman, I love the Gucci horsebit collection. Bags, shoes, belts and now jewelry. I have wanted the horsebit YG/diamond earrings for 40 years. I found the perfect pair I wanted and had a big birthday coming up...so, what the hell. 40 years ago I couldn't afford them, now I can. Because I can't stop, I also bought the large matching necklace. Best birthday ever!
My point...never too late and never give up.

Preowned Harry Winston Horizontal Baguette full eternity band with 2mm width in Platinum from a Japanese reseller for $1100 or $1200.

Preowned Tiffany & Co Asscher eternity band in Platinum about 3mm width for $1500.

Preowned Tiffany Smile Diamond necklace (the larger version with a long row of diamonds) in 18k for about $1400.

All from Ebay and still haunts me till this day! LOL

Putting these purchases off, the prices are only getting higher. Diamond Juste Un Clou from Fashionphile was a good deal. I missed that one. Still longing to get it.
A diamond heart necklace from Lord and Taylor maybe 20 years ago. It was tri color and had two little hearts in the middle of a big one. I bought it but then took it back. I should have kept it.
