What bags are you regretting not buying when it was available? You know...the one you are stalking 2nd hand shops and ebay looking for...

There are a couple for me:

I don't let myself look at the really high end brands because, frankly, I know I can't afford them. But I would love to see which bags others have gone looking at and had sell out before they cracked open their piggy bank.

Mulberry Taylor. I was pondering between Tillie, Taylor and Bayswater when I was treating myself to a bag in the 2012 winter sale. Ended up buying Tillie and pining after Taylor. Never forgave myself.

Another good source of regret is a turquoise Francesco Biasia suede hobo from 5 yrs back, I still can't get over my own stupidity. It was at -70% off, and I had been stalking it for months. And then, when it was reduced to fit my budget and there were 2 bags left i the store, I caved. I left it there, returned the next day to find both bags gone. :shucks:

Taylor is stunning - I can see why you have been pining for it. I love the shape!

As far as the Biasia, I had exactly the same thing happen with a kate spade and I swear I kicked myself for MONTHS. Until I got obsessed with a different bag....
