This is my third attempt at the Chanel 22. I started with the White Pearl mini but let it go because I wasn’t using it. I thought the issue was the color, so I got the all black mini next—but that didn’t work for me either. I realized the strap was too long (and not adjustable), and the lack of closure really bothered me. It hung too low and looked sloppy when left open.
That said, I still love the style, so I’m trying the small size now. Hopefully this one works better. One thing I’ve noticed—the top looks surprisingly straight in person, but in most photos I’ve seen, it looks more scrunched. When I gather it up, it straightens out pretty fast. For those who own it, does it get more scrunched over time?

There’s also a smaller size for 4500 but I think it looks a bit too small!? Shocking because I love a small classic but i think the denim translates better on a larger bag.
