Last night around...ok, THIS MORNING around 2am I was watching this documentary on the Hope Diamond, and it occoured to me....damnit I want that diamond....but I know that unless I marry a Rockefeller that that probably isn't going to happen. So I started looking around at famous diamonds and found some GORGEOUS ones to drool over....they are;

I've seen the Hope Diamond, along with other fabulous jewels such as Marie Antoinette's diamond drop earrings, at the Smithsonian (twice!) and it's even more breathtaking IRL. I also love to visit the royal crown jewels when I'm visiting a country that displays them such as England or Denmark. A girl can dream...
