Hey all! I would love to know your thoughts on this cool, quirky bag. Do you love it? Hate it? Own it?

It has no feet in the bottom, just flat. An interesting choice... with box and other delicate leathers, any thoughts on how you'd treat this bag setting it down while out and about? My DH suggested a bag coaster LOL

Here's a stock image of the bag! I've seen it in epsom and box so far. Personally I think it's stunning, but I've seen almost no content about it!

It's basically an evening bag like the small clutch version of the Medor (23). Most evening bags don't have feet.

It's made of leathers that can give structure to the shape, and neither Box nor Epsom are delicate.

I was offered this bag and saw it in person last month in the black and palladium version, Epsom leather.

It was bigger than I expected. About the same profile as my picotin 18 except narrower. And it was Very Stiff. It would hold its shape really well. Felt like holding a flower pot in a strap. I’m not convinced how easily I could actually carry it, even in parties. For dinners out I still think it’s too big to put on a table and definitely too uncomfortable to stash behind me on my seat.

Ultimately it was a pass for me. It is very cool tho and I love the punk aesthetic. I’m sure it will fit into other people’s lives and closet beautifully.

Admission: I bought this bag yesterday in black box with phw! I thought it was stunning and as a huge CDC abs black box fan I couldn't pass it up. I'm glad to hear box isn't too delicate to use. I feel like it looks absolutely sick and I'm excited to get home and take pictures of it for this chat! I bought the funny ice cream twilly in black and neon to pair with.

Congrats on this cool, kind of gritty & kind of tough bag. It must be stunning in black box! Can't wait to see action pics.

So glad you picked up such a treasure in Paris!

Yes, please post some photos for us to enjoy - would think it would look very sleek in box, in particular.

I bought this few days ago. Haven’t used it. Maybe in the Spring. Had a fun discussion with sa. It reminds us of the old Japanese lanterns carried in festivals and hundreds of years ago for light. We were trying to figure out if I could put a tall battery candle in it with a sheer small scarf. Haven’t tried it yet!

I saw the cousin of this bag the Toupet Bag on display and available for purchase yesterday. It is a blue box with blue sold dustbag. It look much deeper than the mini medor bag.

Having seen both bags irl, these are definitely evening bags. They are not for me, but I can totally see this on someone who is going to a fancy dinner or a fashion show.

Ah yes! I have this scarf called Lanterns, Ballones and Cochades… which I think will be a perfect match!

YAY congratulations! They showed us that color also. Please take pics when you use it, and/or put a battery light in there! My husband said it reminded him of the "Green Lantern " comics. XD

Oh very cool, did you happen to get any pictures? Never heard of this bag!
