Any idea why the mini puzzle is $2400 at Bergdorf whiel it's $2300 at Neiman Marcus? Not sure if there's any differences between these bags that I'm not recognizing. Most retailers seem to have it priced at $2300.

BG $2400:

NM $2300:

Directly on Loewe $2300:

There's been posts around the forum about an impending price increase at the end of the month for the US. I'd guess some retailers have already switched like BG (though why not NM who knows) and FWRD and others are waiting until the actual day

My Loewe Puzzle has made it to Japan! The weather has been around high 60s/low 70s with humidity around mid 50s, and my bag loves it here. It’s been slouchy since I started using it and I really like how it looks, but more importantly it feels so supple. Living in Las Vegas, my Puzzle is usually so stiff because of how little humidity we have there so it’s refreshing to see this bag more relaxed.

Yes, it looks like BG has already switched to the new pricing. It showed the classic medium Puzzle to be $3,650 USD. Not a huge increase from the $3,500 at least. However, I went ahead and ordered a medium classic Tan Puzzle from Loewe directly. It's been on my wish list forever. My Amber / Light Oat medium Puzzle is already one of my most used bags, and I think the Tan will be worn even more.

So, I’ve always been a Puzzle lover from afar, as I didn’t think it quite fit my style. Fast forward to this year, I absolutely cannot get the Solid Puzzle off my mind! Plumrose, Scuba Blue, Vintage Khaki, I mean I need them all.

Alas, I need to start somewhere. Any thoughts on small vs. mini, the satin calfskin leather, or colors?

My top two are small size in Plumrose and mini size in Vintage Khaki

Such a stupid move by Loewe, imo.
I get it to a degree though. The edge looks very similar and needs less leather and is less labor intensive to create. Plus, the edge is already priced than the regular puzzle. So the margins are better on the edge and has the added benefit that it looks more contemporary especially in the colors they like to do than the classic puzzle. I think they would have been smarter to increase the price so it was more expensive than the edge and then just produce it in tan and black.

I've had a medium classic tan Puzzle on my wish list for way too long. I kept buying mostly discontinued, hard to find bags, thinking my classic tan Puzzle isn't going anywhere. The word of an impending price increase and the rumor that the classic Puzzle will be discontinued finally made me "add to cart" and purchase it. Here she is, and I think she is already one of my favorites.

Side note - for the longest time, I did not care for the painted white anagram on solid color Puzzles. Eventually, it grew on me. But I have to say, I love how subtle the anagram is on the newer versions. I think in the long run I may be happy I waited and was able to get this version.

After returning a black mini earlier this year because of puckering that disturbed me, I just ordered a pearl grey mini that just arrived today and looks perfect. Decided I needed to have a classic puzzle before it got discontinued, so finally have joined the club!

I love this color! Congratulations! I was looking at this color since I have the mini puzzle in the tan already. I figured out how to double the strap so I wear as a shoulder bag:smile:
Enjoy!

I love my medium sand puzzle, which I also just got because of the potential discontinuation of the original puzzle!

That size is just sooo good for everyday with so much (enough) space and the great broad strap!
It is lightweight when not filled up and so easy to carry and SO easy to get stuff in and out (small puzzle is definetely too small for my everyday use…! I now definetely know! Just too bad those collabs were just mostly in small…)!
It looks so cute and chic with everything and I can even shoulder it (but I am small…).

99B2DF39-C03E-4B48-A3DA-1555B2E01A1A.jpeg I got really lucky and purchased my tan Loewe Puzzle bag in the small size from Ssense at the beginning of 2020. They had some weird price error on their website and I got it for $1950 ($1800 + tax). It is by far one of my favorite bags. It’s one of the few bags that if I had to repurchase it at its current price, I would. I can’t say that about any of my Chanel bags. I love the minimal logos and branding of Loewe, but it is still very interesting.

That color is just gorgeous! And I agree the medium is a perfect size for everyday use. Small is better for occasions when I want to carry less, and I hope to eventually get one or two of that size.

Thank you! I totally agree. The small puzzle is still spacious and I can use it for a stroll or an evening or day trip out!
But the medium really is such a great daily bag size. Especially now on vacation, I don‘t have to think what fits, but if just fit everything I need including an umbrella and my iPad Mini.
For the iPad Pro 11: It fits actually, but one has to push it through the opening and I am a bit afraid, that if might damage the bag. So I bought an iPad for my bag…
