I bought my first Cartier piece at about 18 - a Love ring - and then worked in a jean shop all summer to save up for the Love bracelet. Since then I've been through various cycles of upgrades and evolutions in my jewelry collection. I am someone who tends to like to wear my best stuff every day.

The last remaining item I was (pretty) sure I wanted was the pavé JUC bracelet to go with my pavé Love bracelet. To celebrate a major milestone professional accomplishment and a milestone birthday, I decided to treat myself to something really special. After a good bit of deliberation back and forth, I finally decided to go for it. It was definitely a significant splurge, but I can wear it with pride knowing that I NAILED IT.

Kindly excuse my unmoisturized knuckles.

Congrats on your career achievement and happy birthday! It’s stunning.

Nailed it indeed! It's super gorgeous and the pairing is stunning together! This was my vote all along. Happy Birthday.
Thanks to you both! It's a very belated birthday gift - last May all I got myself was a Toto toilet that handles your affairs for you, so this is a definite upgrade. :P
