The insoles thread!

Ok, who else has high arches? Mine are about 1.5 inches up from the heel to the highest point in the arch.

Shoes without proper arch support kill my feet.

I've been using random gel insoles from the drug store, but I'm not completely satisfied with them. Looking for good insole recommendations from other people with high arches. What works, what doesn't?

p.s. Just bought these: VIA SPIGA spectator pumps and they're amazing. But no arch support! (My feet hurt.)

I've got some mega high arches. I like the heel pads, I think the gel ones just don't work.

I use a variation of these http://www.howard-ian.com/ebay/listing/sc20050516a/sc20050516a4.jpg and find that they cushion my feet the best.

kiwi brand at target has great insoles and gel protectors.

I use insolia inserts. These are the first and only ones that I've tried. I don't wear heels that often, but when I do, I have to have them.
