Yes, I do not know how the OP cannot distinguish a dress from a unitard. They are pretty distinct, IMO.

That definitely just looks like a "Sexy Bride" costume, akin to a "sexy pirate" or "sexy Rainbow Brite" or any other "sexy" Halloween costume. Pretty tacky if it's real, especially since white is traditionally supposed to signify purity. Haha.
