Perhaps a moderator can move this to the appropriate thread, however, I will quickly give you my input! I have both the PM and the GM trio rings. The PM works best with 90's and even with 70's. The GM I use only with the 140cm silks or CSGM. Hope this helps!
Thank you so much for helping out!! Sorry if my post is in the wrong thread!

I had too much fun trying things on today! I decided to forego all of these to get the teddy coat, but there were many beautiful options.
Every single one is breathtaking!

I’ll have to agree with you on that.
I did come home with the black one!
The best CW of this design, IMO

Also came home with the black Boucle et Galons du Tsar wash scarf. I like the simple design in a dark cw.
Gorgeous!

Ordered it. Tried it... And now I dont know... Play with different knots on different color tops. What would you say? My other option is Kawa ora
This is such a versatile design! It goes well with every one of your different tops, and you’ve tied it beautifully every time. This design is very different from Kawa Ora. As a matter of fact, there is not a single CW of Kawa Ora resembling this one, so I would say to go with your heart on this one.

I hope this is the right place to ask. I am buying my first ever H scarf ring and been laying my eyes on the Trio for a while now, but don't know which size works for the 90 square scarves. I saw some use the PM (small) and others use GM so I'm confused. I don't live near a boutique so will have to buy online.
I'm very petite and decided that 90 (36 inches) squares suit me best.
Please help, thanks so much!
I have the trio PM in palladium and it works great with the 90s... One of my favorites and that I use the most.

Thanks so much for sharing!! Great to hear that you could wear it most!

Here are a few more mod shots of the Cite Cavaliere!

I went to H and absolutely loved this cw of A L’Ombre de Pivoines, but I held off because I already have two with similar colors from this season.

I brought home a couple smaller formats for myself and the white, black, and brown cw of Kachinas for my Mom. I’ll share those later!

Stopped by the Palo Alto store to pick up a bangle I had ordered online. And they had just received some new scarves
Including the ex Libris les parisiennes. They had just 2 colors- this pink one ( once again RD family!) and the dark blue one that @Bova showed earlier. This is a vintage 70. I am wearing with navy in this pic. Um, yes I bought it.
The background pink is most accurate in the first pic, the rose vif bits are more accurate in the last pic.

Other intel: they also had the aloha 70 DD in both the dusty pink and deep magenta-pink CWs.
They were just unboxing some of the new maxi twilly slims.
They had 3 CWs of Les guepards ( blue, brown and oops I forgot).I tried on in a beautiful Cornflower blue CW. Sorry no pix. It is definitely lighter weight than the original MaxiTwilly. When I use the original MaxiTwilly format, I usually folded in half lengthwise before knotting. no need to do that with the new format. I would definitely consider this format in a different design. Alert @bunnycat - as a. Cat lover ,think you should definitely consider. Think the lighter feel due to the slim format would be good for your climate too.
Oh yeah, there was a second design in the MT slim- stripes with a horse. They had 2 CWs, one was black/white. Didn’t look at the label so don’t know what is was called.

:yahoo:I’m so happy to hear that the MT Slims have made an appearance somewhere in the US! It’s on my list that includes the yet to be collected Dragon Flash, the TBD Triangle, and Ex-Libris Parisienne (cw01, it was it 17).

Your Cite Cavaliere is so beautiful! I think you made the right choice in skipping the Pivoines: what with the blue-pink color scheme and Octave Marsal's finely drawn buildings, it would have been way too similar to your Cite Cavaliere. I have practically the same problem: I'm dying for a Cite Cavaliere, but I already have a Pivoines and don't want to invest in two scarves that have so many traits in common.

That pink Ex Libris Les Parisiennes is lovely! It looks great on you and I love the bold pink contrast hem.

Extremely excited to hear that the MT Slims are finally here!!! I've been dying to see this format. I like the MT Cut but it is both too wide and a tad too short to my taste - hopefully the MT Slim will solve those problems. Can't wait to see them in real life.

I think the MT slim might be the same length as the cut. It is definitely shorter than the original MT.

Beautiful CW of la cite.
Thank you!

You're welcome! I just inspected it and I think it's a muted dark blue with a definite gray tone.

Thank you! If you find a cw that you love that is different from your Pivoines, I think they are special enough to have both! I am still torn on bringing it home because the flowers in the forefront are so beautiful. If only the colors were different, but it is apparent that I'm drawn to the blues and pinks this season.
