Yeah I agree, but remember the whole Jelly Kelly craze? I think Hermes filed a suit against the creators of those. I know the jelly kelly's were clearly copying the kelly design and there were no Mickey Mouse clochettes to speak of...

Either way, I think they're adorable and perfect for little girls...

I see these more of a spoof than anything that Hermes would really be worried about. There just isn't any possible way to confuse this bag with the real thing - especially with the mickey mouse clochette and just the overall look of the bag. As long as they aren't so similar that someone could possibly confuse this with a birkin, and they aren't using the Hermes trademark, I really don't think there is any harm in this.

I think it would be cute for my daughter who is 8! Only thing is very young girls dont like to do hand carry and their mommy ends up carrying it :shame:
