Are you able to return it for a new one? It sounds to me like a defect, as a zipper should work smoothly for years and years!

Congrats! She's so chic on you. I have one too! She's a cutie and super durable! I want a dark epi colored BB but I'm going to wait. I don't like getting multiples of a bag unless I know it's a daily wear kind of bag. For me, that's my Eva. I'd get another Eva.
I was torn between this one and the epi bb in noir but I am so happy I went with the DE. There is just something so cute and fun about this bag in this print. Also I noticed the epi noir showed a lot of dust on it (I'm weird I know).
