Hi all,

I'll be heading to Las Vegas as a sort of BabyMoon at the end of the month, and I've not been back since the Crystals were finished up - how are the shops there? Anyone have favorite stores? Or recall any deals (I know not much of a chance of that) they scooped up there?

Thanks!

Stephanie

I was there in May. I've only ever hit up The Crystals twice because it's the same as all the other shops in Las Vegas. I mean, it's a beautiful building and all, but Balenciaga is Balenciaga. The only store I was really impressed with was de Grisogono :girlsigh: Maybe because the SA was so charming and friendly, and it's one of only two stores in North America. They have the same stores as Bellagio, The Wynn, Caesar's, Palazzo etc... I think they have items that are available only in Las Vegas at some of the shops, and isn't the LV boutique the biggest one in the US or something?
I suppose if you really like to browse, it's awesome. Or if you have a $20,000 budget for shopping it's good.

I don't know about the "biggest in the US", but that LV boutique is 3 stories high and very beautiful. Though, from the outside it looks like it only has 2 floors. The middle floor is sandwiched between the upper and lower floors, and basically hidden from the outside. Besides the boutique carrying the usual Men's and Women's handbags and accessories, it also has a gorgeous selection of fine jewelry, too.

I haven't gone to Vegas in a year (my last visit was in Dec 2011), so I'm sure the shopping center has changed a lot in the past year. Either way, it's definitely worth a visit. It's a beautiful location and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Enjoy your trip!

I was just there last week. It's a beautiful shopping center! they have a lot of the high end boutiques..YSL, Prada, Miu Miu, Balenciaga, Hermes, LV, Gucci, Bvlgari to name a few. YSL was still having a sale, I *think* Gucci might still also have a sale.

You can hop on the tram from there to go to the Bellagio and Monte Carlo also.

If you have time visit Palazzo, Wynn, and Forum Shops at Caesar's.

Have fun and enjoy your visit!

Cartier! Look for Yun Shey and say Jaclyn and Sebastian recommended u (if u plan to get something)

I love the wedding dress at Lanvin! And the sales people at LV is fab!

I miss shopping there! Seattle is different

The Tom Ford shop is at Crystals which was interesting for me because he doesn't have any shops in the UK. It's a lovely shopping centre and not so huge you feel overwhelmed.

It's ok, kind of cold-feeling, but maybe in Vegas that's a good thing when it's hot outside. It's the first time I've been in a Balenciaga store and not just a store that carries Bal along with other brands.

What I loved best about it was going to the nearby building to see the Dale Chihuly glass sculpture gallery! That's something I never get to see unless I pass through a casino or posh hotel!

I just returned to Vegas and did not go. Maybe next time. Was in Hong Kong in November and was at the second largest LV in the World. It was impressive. I would have bought everything.

Award winning architecture is worth the walk, few right angles. The tram ride from bellagio gives the feeling of a city center in the desert. Shopping is high end with only in Vegas pieces.
