Let's take it easy. Afterall, we don't know them. If you choose to love JA and hate AJ, you are free to do so. If you support AJ and dislike JA, that's fine too.

Jennifer Aniston and Vince V were photographed in several occasions doing things that only 'official couples' would do as well (hotels?) in August of last year (Pictures can be found at people.com) -- that's before the divorce was finalized too right? Some can always argue that since her about-to-be-husband did it so why couldn't she as well right? This argument will never end.

I still believe that marriage is between 2 people -- only the involved parties know what happened. It's more fair to say that both parties are usually responsible for a failed/successful marriage.

True, she was photographed going out with David Spade on many occasions -- even before Denise & Richie were seen together.

For majority of people, the rule-of-thumb is not to date your best/good friend's ex. Some are okay with that though, hey, some ex'es can remain friends as well. =)

Timtimtim, I agree with the assumptions on BP/AJ/JA. Anyone read some of JA & BP's old interviews (way before Mr & Mrs Smith)? JA said: BP's not THE love of her life, she doesn't believe in people staying together forever (just see where things would go), people are not meant to be together, etc. She added that he agreed with her view as well. It was also revealed in some other interviews that they spent at most 1 month together in 1 year. I don't know if I am in the minority here, their marriage didn't sound too good at those times already. It's not always a bad thing for some people to part, they will move on and find others who might be even better/suitable partners. Thank goodness, they didn't have any children together -- the ultimate ones who suffer when parents divorce.

As for Denise/Charlie, I don't know much. Were court papers (filed restraining orders,...) taken and made public without her knowledge?
If the claims (domestic abuse, child pornography, .. -- completely unacceptable for anyone) against him are true, I would have to say that she did the right thing by filing those motions. It's sad to hear about KimBasinger/AlecBalwin's ongoing custody battle. For the sake of their children, many couples must get along whether or not they like each other. It's not about them anymore, selfishness have to be eliminated! Couples like DemiMoore/BruceWillis, TomCruise/NicoleKidman, UmaThurman/EthanHawke, etc. ... don't go around badmouthing each other.

Am I making assumptions about Denise and Charlie? Not really - she made alot of strong/bizzare accusations about Charlie that, true or not, should have remained private - for the sake of their kids. No one benefits by making accusations like that public. I could go on and say so and so cheated on so and so, but there is no concrete proof (though alot of 'rumblings' about it) so I won't even touch that. I'm saying that what SHE did (as in filing that 20 page motion) was wrong. They're gonna turn into the next Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger!

Also, photos of Denise and Richie making out don't really help either. Something Brad and Angelina have ALWAYS avoided.

Though i'm sure a cat fight is brewing..seeing how they are neighbors..too bad Denise Richards isn't particularly interesting. :roflmfao:
