I called CS last year and asked them to mail me the holiday book and I received one. It's worth trying if you're not able to stop into a store.

I emailed through the LV site twice asking for a book to be mailed and didn't even get a response.

I did get a new copy when I was in the store last Friday buying my Neverfull - it does have the sticker page! Now to decide what to do with them...

I think it’s good to try and call customer service to ask for a book. I received one from my SA and then, surprisingly received another copy in the mail.

The above ^ was my response from client services ... I bought a Neverfull MM, a Clemence wallet and a key pouch in the past 5 weeks - guess I don’t qualify for a book .... I love my LV items (bags, SLG’s, agendas) but seriously - I am tempted to head elsewhere. I am not a super client by any means but really?

Wow. I initially got the line about being environmentally friendly but then got one in the mail anyway. I bought 4 bags and a few other things but I didn't think you had to buy a certain amount to get a holiday book.
