The best meatloaf...Italian Meatloaf!

  1. This is how I make my meatloaf, and it is sooooo good. (Made it for dinner tonight.) :drool:

    1 1/2 lean ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup mozzarella cheese (low-skim)
    1 1/4 cup of your favorite jarred marinara or pasta sauce
    salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and garlic to spice it up

    And you know how meatloaf works, mix it all together real good and bake it for one hour.

    Ummm ummm good! Going to pig out right now.
  2. Sounds good! Curious, what temp do you bake it at? 350?
  3. My grandma makes it similar, except she doesnt mix the cheese into the loaf. she builds the loaf around it, so along the center is a cheesy goodness :drool:
  4. some people put ketchup on it so it doesn't crack, is this one moist?
