As a very longtime online seller, I’mI’m more concerned with the $350 price tag on such a nice Bal.
They’re killing the value of the bags.

going to be frank and say that blaming sellers for “killing the value” is incorrect.
With the exception of amateur sellers who don’t do any research (like the apple green Bal wallet for $50 I posted on Finds), BUYERS set the price.
Styles and colors BUYERS will pay a lot for get listed, and sold for, a lot.
The ones that are less desireable will only sell if they are priced cheaply.
With Bal, most of the HG bags are Firsts, Cities, RH, pewter hardware, 2001-2005 bags. Limited editions. Reds, greens, purples, some blues, black.
So sellers who know what they’re doing will price them high.
OTOH, I have a slew of Bals priced at $300-500 on my watch lists on several sites that have not sold for months…because there are not a lot of buyers for pink GGH hobos, or GH Days, or RGH papyrus works, or GCH voyagers, UNLESS they’re basically NWT.
Works, Briefs, Mid-Days, Pompons, Folders…they sell SLOW and cheap unless they’re exceptional specimens.
You can look at the monthly purchases threads and see what buyers are willing to pay a lot for and those are the pieces listed at high prices.
