j.louis, that is not normal for the handle to wrinkle. Return it back to the store.
I just got mine today. I love it but the under side of the handle already has some wrinkles. My monogram one wasn’t like that. It has some now but it’s two years old. Does your DA have wrinkles ? My mono Artsy is 8 years old. It has no wrinkles and no cracks. I don’t the believe the wrinkles are normal wear. Does not hurt to check with your SA.
Hey, I want to buy the artsy da but I’m not sure about the folded corners. So any experiences? Does the bag has the same issues as the graceful? Would love to hear some experiences, love the look of this bag so much

I just got the Artsy Da but also have the monogram Artsy for two years. I have not had any problems with the folded corners at all and I carry it the most of the time. Have owned the Artsy in Mono, DA (sold that one), and Empreinte leather. No issues with corners on any of them. No issues with anything! UPS just delivered my Artsy DA this morning. It is beautiful. Made in Spain, week 51 of 2020. Just spent the last 20 minutes inspecting and oogling it. As of right now, IT IS FLAWLESS. After 3 failed Gracefuls, I am happy. This is the longest I have ever had to wait for a LV. It stayed on pending availably for almost one week. It was worth the wait.
