I just finished reading this book and just loved it, I cried like a baby reading the last two chapters but I can't stop raving about it.

I originally picked it up because DH and I are involved in car racing and the title grabbed my attention. I never imagined I would relate so much to this book.

the author's name is Garth Stein and the website is http://www.artofracingintherain.com/

It is a very different book than Marley and Me bcause the book is narrated by Enzo the dog. But I am sure everyone will love it!

There's a trailer for the book in You Tube

I saw this the other night at Borders and almost picked it up. I'll buy it at the airport next weekend.

I just ordered it for DH on iTunes though - they have the unabridged version for $21.95. He's not much of a reader, but he says he'll listen to books when he travels.

Did you cry all the way through it? I think I might.

I did specially the last two chapters I finished the book last monday morning while I was having breakfast and I just had to put it down every other paragraph...but they were happy tears though. You'll know what I mean when you read it!

Oh, man, I'll have to get this!

If you guys want another tear-jerking, feel-good book, check out For Bea: The Story of the Beagle Who Changed My Life. I think that's what it's called. I have rescue beagles, so it hit close to home, but I really think you guys would love it. It's such a sweet story (but get out the box of tissues).
