It's hard to see them show wear, but that is the nature of shoes, I suppose.

I was doing this last night! Took my Jolis out for their first spin. We hit a patch of cobblestone sidewalk and I literally was walking on my tiptoes so I wouldn't stick my heel in a crack.lol

I'm thinking a good idea would be to buy doubles of all the shoes we love. One pair for wearing. One pair for staring.

I took my Taupe Minibouts out for the first time! I made my boyfriend drop me off close to the restaurant we were going to avoid walking on pavement!! and it took me forever to get through the sidewalk! Thankfully, they made it home in perfect condition ...well, except some scuffs on the sole

I like when they make there debut so that I can just relax and enjoy wearing them afterwards!

i bought my declics from a women that used them as her something blue in her wedding and they already had a little scuff on the heel so i havent been that careful about my shoes....except when someone spills a drink on them!

The wear and tear on shoes is one of the reasons I was hesitant to stop buying so many handbags and start buying CLs. With bags you know you can resell them even after wearing them for years. Not sure if the same is true for CLs.
