Definitely agree that she deserves half He made that money while they were married. She stayed at home to look after the kids while he worked. It wasn't as though he had the money before they were married (like the famous english couple who shall remain nameless - now she's a money hungry gold digger)...

she's a partner in the marriage, she deserves half the marital assets. i guarantee you his life would be different without the support of a loving wife (assuming that she was a good, loving wife, which seems to be the indication). they made the money together, he didn't come into the partnership with money and benevolently share his wealth with this woman. if she gave up career aspirations, etc. to be a SAHM for him so he could free up his time and energy to become as successful as he is, then she was every bit as instrumental in making that money as he was.
