Yes ladies!! It is that time again. In just 18 short days we will be in the kitchen preparing and serving food celebrating Thanksgiving once again. So what's on your menu? You can list anything appetizers, meats, sides desserts etc. Also are you having a small or large guest list? Are you hosting or bringing dishes to another loved ones home? Looking forward to seeing some amazing and diverse ways of celebrating the holiday

Organic Bourbon Red turkey with roasted root vegetables
Three cream mashed potatoes
Homemade cranberry sauce
Sweet potato casserole w/marshmallows
Stuffing
Pie. Gotta have pie.

Thanksgiving is our favorite holiday! This year it is just the 2 of us, but we still cook a big meal. Here's our menu so far:

Roasted citrus-herbs de provence turkey breast with gravy
Focaccia stuffing with chestnuts
Wild rice & cranberry pilaf
Garlic mashed potatoes
Yeast rolls
Cranberry-orange relish
Apple pie

I just realized that's pretty starch heavy! Maybe I'll add Brussels sprouts...

Great menus bunny and pm!! It is my top 3 favorite days as well! I'm trying some new recipes myself as well just trying to narrow it down to a reasonable amount lol.

Yum, everyone's menus sound delicious! I love reading the different sides people include.

Okay, we just added Brussels Sprouts Parmyère from Trader Joe's. Saw them in the flyer & they sound delicious!

It's going to be different this year for me since I am not cooking anything. We are planning to go to my parents' home this year. The funny thing is that I haven't eaten turkey in years because we usually eat all the West Indian dishes instead :P

My mom is doing the cooking for Thanksgiving so here is her menu (for the most part):

Collard greens and cornbread
Turkey and dressing
Chitterlings
Sweet potatoes
Pecan pie
Potatoe salad
Butter beans

I'm having pre-Thanksgiving dinner tonight which will be:
Crab legs
Mie Goreng (basically Indonesian noodles with veggies/meat)

Have a great holiday everyone!
