Thank You cards from Coach SA's

Just curious if they still do this. I remember 4 years ago I would get a handwritten thank you card whenever I bought a new bag.

sales associates are suppose to do it for people who purchase over 350$ before tax, not sure about promo prices.

doesn't include returns (they mail it out once a week) or if you exchange though.

My SA does. However, (and I was going to post on this) today I received a lovely note with a starbucks giftcard in it! I was so surprised! I was figuring I needed to do something for them, as they are always so helpful.

Edit: I always use the same SA. If she's not there, then one other one helps me. Really sweet young ladies.

yeah, the only time i got a thank you card was when i bought a FP over $350 as ms whitney said. even though I buy FP items like jewelry, i don't get a thank you card. Also, I got the thank you card when I used my PCE

Yes, they do, sometimes. I got a thank-you card for a purchase I made at the boutique back in August, but none since then.

I always get a thank you card when I purchase anything at the boutique near me. They are really sweet.
