Thank you card from Coach!!

I just recieved this in the mail yesterday. Its a thank you card from Coach. I always bought alot of things at Coach but this is the first time anyone of the SA's had sent me a thank you card.

And I've definitely had some $250+ purchases with no card, same with my friend who shops Coach a lot. No cards for her, either.

I am not trying to argue with anyone...I work at Coach and that is the company's policy. I have not been with the company for a long time, so that policy might have been different awhile ago...just telling ya what we do now
