Anyone have any experience with Telogen Effluvium?
My hair has been FALLING OUT for months now... terrifying... I have always had extremely thick, unruly hair, and I swear half of it is gone. If I didn't have such thick hair to begin with, I think I'd be bald by now...
Doctor did blood tests and everything looks fine - so it's either caused by stress or possibly changes in my diet/exercise (lost about 15 pounds and working out tons).
I just want it to stop! Doctor says I will not go bald and it will return to normal when the 'trigger' is eliminated - but how do I make that happen?!
If anyone has had any experience with this, let me know! How long before regrowth started? Any safe products to help?
