For a while I've been entertaining a thought of getting a new WOC. I have a LRL WOC that I bought preloved years ago and I like it alot - but it's so thin that I just can't fit my phone&makeup or key holder in it. I'd prefer either a slouchy design like Tory Burch Kira or one with a wide bottom (like Chanel or Dionysus).
I'm looking for something that's medium tier or contemporary.

Do you have an awesome WOC? Who made it? How's it working for you? Pros and cons?

Tell me all!

The smallest one I can fit an iPhone, card case and keys or lipstick. Larger sizes could fit compact wallets and more. I would recommend checking them out online, they are very affordable and lots of colors

My go-to is a vintage Coach casino bag - though it’s really a small purse and not a woc. I think the contemporary version is the Coach Kip crossbody. The leather on the vintage casino is more flexible so it probably fits more but I don’t have the Kip so I can’t compare. The casino fits my card wallet, key pouch, compact mirror, hand sanitizer, phone, pen, with some room to spare.

I also tried the small love bag from Rebecca Minkoff. But unfortunately the black hardware started chipping before I even took off the tags so I returned it. Though from playing around with it at home for a few days I found that it can fit some cards, keys, and maybe one or two lipsticks (if you don’t want to overstuff the bag). Definitely smaller than the casino because of its more rigid structure.

I tried googling the LRL WOC.. but couldn’t figure out what the LRL stood for. What does it look like?

LRL is short for Lauren Ralph Lauren. Mine is in their textured leather which can take a beating. The style just doesn't have enough give.

I do have small bags, but I'm looking for a WOC specifically. I've heard about the RM black chains chipping, it's really annoying when you get a new *anything* and you see right away that it's not good..

Just bought an RSVP Paris Munchkin - first outing today. So far it seems perfect - I can fit my giant iPhone plus other essentials. At first look, the quality seems outstanding for the price point.

I don’t know why in Mexico there aren’t many WOCS.
it’s like they barely exist here in the contemporary brands market and so frustrating because me and my mom have been looking for two for my sisters who both have a baby.

a WOC it’s something like every brand should do. It’s a great bag inside the bag for moms who carry DPs, for office women who want a small bag inside their work tote for the gym.

i don’t get why here wocs are not a thing and looking for them on Amazon it’s like finding a unicor. We have lots of mini bags and but we really want to give my sisters a nice WOC to carry inside their diapper bag but luxury it’s not in our budget.

It looks nice! How many cards slots does it have?
It just has one slide in pocket but that’s good for me b/c I use a small card holder and a separate Bastia for cash. The pocket is big enough for both.

Great bag and successful outing - got several compliments on it. Think I might go for another one in another color.

It's not really a WOC...I'm specifically looking for something that has slots for at least 6 cards and a place for cash/coins. Sometimes I enjoy having everything in their place without any card holders or coin pouches. Especially for travel it's very enjoyable as usually you need tickets, voichers, passport or ID, money etc where you can easily access them.

A WOC is indeed very handy to have in a larger bag, and this is one of the reasons why I'm wanting to update mine. I keep seeing WOCs that are a repetition of the same thing over and over again; sewn from one piece of canvas, which doesn't really stretch much so you can't fit much in. The Tory Burch Kira and Adax Silja seem to be one of the few options out there. I did try looking for a WOC on Amazon as well, to no real success.
Hence the thread that I hope could help all of us who are trying to find a nice WOC for a reasonable price!

I like the Coach folder clutches. They keep renaming them and releasing them in different versions. I have 3 right now! Acquired over the past 6 or so years. Here is an example: version 1, version 2. I also have one that is double width - so it holds a ton. There should be an outlet version as well.

The rear pocket fits my phone, there are plenty of card slots and a place for your bills. I am pretty sure your passport will fit in the zipper compartment. In the double width one, I fit lotion, lip product, headphones, sunglasses, keys, and a few more items. The small one will fit most of that minus the shades.

If you don't need card slots - look for a vintage Coach Dinky! The current ones are a bit busy for me, but this is one of their OG styles, so you can find them from 30+ years ago, and there was a big re-release around 3-5 years ago so newer vintage should be available as well.
