I don't feel comfortable posting a picture of my bag collection on the internet, but I do own 37 bags, including canvas totes all the way to premier designer leather bags. I'm not including luggage, and I've been amassing (and cutting down) my collection for about 13 years!
The oldest bag in my collection might be my vintage Dior, but I'm not sure how old it is, so I'm going to say it is my mom's Louis Vuitton St Cloud PM. That was her first ever LV bag, which she has passed on to me now that she's in H territory LOL.
The bag I use most often is my work bag, my Faure Le Page Daily Battle 27! I've carried it to work 4 days a week for the past 9-10 months since I've had it! I cycle through all my other bags on the days I'm not working, so I wouldn't say I have a second most-used bag.

I have about 12-13. Oldest is Prada washed buffallo satchel. I don't really have a most frequently used. Least frequent is a light colored Gryson.
I have a tendency to used my newest bags more than my older ones. Some bags are taken out for a particular purpose. If I need to carry something larger like a book or documents, I take out my PS keep all.

Oh boy,well if I count everything, it’s probably between 50-60. But I seldom count everything
my oldest bag is a Dooney that I bought in 2003. I don’t carry it anymore but keep it for sentimental reasons. I use my Vera Bradley bags on the weekends and for traveling, because they’re washable. I also don’t usually count in my special occasion bags either. Although come to think of it, I have a small red straw bag I wore to a friends wedding in 1988 so guess that is my oldest bag. But to talk about the ones I count, I’ve got 6 premium designers and 31 contemporary. I usually switch my handbags out every week, but occasionally double up on the weeks. That’s to try and use all of them at least one week out of the year. I’d like to get that number more in line but frankly, I don’t see that happening.

I have a lot of older Botkier and Kooba bags. One or two (?) Linea Pelle and about 4 of the older Hayden Harnett bags. I probably use my Botkier skeleton bag the most. I also have a Rebecca Minkoff Nikki that I use quite a bit.
I'm not really finding the quality of those bags anywhere today.

My oldest bag was a present from my parents when they went to Italy, it's red snakeskin and hot pink velvet, I can't make out the designer name out on the grey MOP stone plaque and brass tag, and that I still have it should tell you how much I value it:
