I was beyond excited to get this pink boy bag!! I was nervous because my SA put the request in for another store to fill, and it came with 2 tears in it. Is anyone else experiencing this with this color boy bag? I’m hesitant to get a replacement.

I think we often over scrutinize our bags when we first get them but this should be replaced. You definitely have issues here and you spent too much to not get what you want!
Totally agree with jaxholt15. This is definitely an issue and should be returned unfortunately. Hope they find you another one!!!
Agree. I had the same issue last year. I remote purchased a classic with similar but larger tears across the back pocket, the base. Very prominent. The SA was extremely rude about it, but I eventually found another.
I had this issue with a card holder and had it replaced. All I could see was the tears whenever I looked at it.
I understand that the color of your Boy bag is seasonal and rare, but you deserve to get your money’s worth. A bag with defect is not worth it.

Thank you! It really was disappointing. Was a test of endurance to find another bag, but I’m very happy with the quality.
