Tear Trough/Infraorbital Rim Implants

Been doing some research for this procedure but haven't found any suitable clinics that specifically listed this operation on their site OUTSIDE of perhaps H Plastic Surgery Clinic.

These implants would essentially sit directly below the lower eyelid, as opposed to the malar/cheek implants that sit parallel to the zygoma.

Has anyone found any korean clinics that perform this procedure?

is this procedure better than under eye fat reposition? i consulted several clinics for my tear trough some of them recommended this procedure to me

I personally don't like undereye fat reposition or fat grafting. It could become bumpy. Plus there's nothing wrong with my undereye fat, I just lack bone there
