I contacted Barneys in Vegas ( where I bought it) and they agreed to send it to Chloe for repair .
I just had to pay for shipping and they will take care of to res hip it to me.
I was a little desappointed because I wished they made stronger purses at that price!!

Look what just happened to my Chloe bag. Has this happened to anyone else?

i literally just got this bag from eBay and had it authenticated here first. Received the bag which was NWT and look what happened. Both sides looked like they were about to come apart and one did. I emailed the seller but haven't heard back from her yet. Do you think I can get this fixed at a Chloe boutique?

She responded with "I never noticed that on the handbag but we can work something out". It is very clear if you inspect the bag thoroughly...especially since she claimed it was new without tags. I responded and said I want to return it for a full refund.

She is offering me a full refund. I will start the return process through eBay. Lesson learned...I will take my $750 back and save it until I can afford a brand new one.
