Hi girls!

I am in a dilemma right now. I am in love with the natural color and style of the Michael Kors Hamilton Large in Luggage but I've lost in all the bids for that particular color and now I can't find it anywhere. The reseller said it was sold out and only has it in white or pink, but would also have the luggage color (along with purple, blue and pink) in the TB Robinson Tote, which is actually my second choice. I saw my SIL wear the purple Robinson and it was TDF! (But of course I can't buy it in the same color, that's kinda stalkerish).

My reseller is selling both for the same price, although I know the Robinson is more expensive than the Hamilton when I've checked the retail prices.

I know I should expect that more votes will be for the TB since this thread is in a TB forum, however, I've seen constructive feedback of her bags from this forum as well so I know I could get impartial advice from everyone.

So can I get everyone's opinion on which is a better buy as a workhorse bag--the MK Hamilton Large in Pink or the TB Robinson in Luggage? The reseller is offering both for the same price and will reserve both for me until tomorrow, so which will have better value?

For reference I'm 32, 5'5, 115 pounds, works in an 8-5 job and I'm crazy about convertible totes that can be worn several ways. I am looking at this as a bag which I can wear without worries as my other bags are very high-maintenance that makes me paranoid every time I see an added scratch or scuff.

hello. i actually own both of these bags. i have a black hamilton with rose gold hardware and a orange robinson tote.

i love BOTH of these bags. if i'm being honest, i would suggest the TB because it is more expensive and that would be a great bargain. i LOVE my hamilton though. but considering you only have the option of the hamitlon in pink, i suggest going with the TB in luggage! what a timeless looking bag!

Thank you so much for a well-thought out reply. Turns out I actually won the bid for the tan/luggage TB as the winner back-out. I was hoping the MM winner would back out as well (because now that I've touchy of if--I love the bag but couldn't imagine wearing it in pink).

May I know your rants and raves for each bag not considering the price point? Much appreciated! :-*

rant for michael kors bag: i honestly don't really have one. this is one of my most perfect bags. the leather is durable (don't have to baby it), the rosegold hard ware is to die for, and i get a ton of compliments. i absolutely love my hamilton.

rant/rave for my robinson: one complaint is the leather has to be babied a bit more. maybe that is because it is a more expensive bag so i pay more attention to it, but i am always babying her! i have a few scratches on the bag and the saffiano leather is supposed to prevent that.
rave: it's a BEAUTIFUL bag! i have it in orange and just find it delightful. i get tons of compliments on it. it is large so i can fit tons of stuff in it.
probably one of my favorite bags that i own!

Thank you so much and must I say your two bags are TDF! I love the orange Robinson and your black Hamilton! Too bad those two colors aren't available with the reseller. I ended up purchasing another bag from another reseller as the one I was supposed to buy the TB from would not take any calls. I said I prefer communicating with seller before I actually make a deposit and she did not reply--considering we are from the same city! I was only the "second chance" bidder so I don't think I'm obliged to purchase and I didn't want to take risks with a seller who is too busy to take calls from a sure buyer :)

I found another reseller and hopefully I can do a reveal on another forum *hint* *hint*
