I am trying to decide between the Tory Burch Robinson Double Zip Mini Tote or the Michael Kors Sutton bag.


The reason I am having a hard time making a decision is it appears that the Robinson Tote has many quality issues and with a higher price tag I'm not sure it is worth it. I do like the overall look of the Robinson better however I think the Sutton is very nice too and is certainly more reasonably priced It is a difficult decision, if not for the quality issues with TB, I would not be hesitating. Any thoughts?

I'd go for the MK...for the price, the quality is the same, if not better. I had a Tory robinson and was super disappointed with it. My Mk bags have held up so well in comparison.

Thank you so much for the reply. Somehow I have thinking that is the case, but the slight design difference made me wonder if I should take the chance on TB. But I think I will probably go with the MK.

Don't have the exact bags, but have saffiano bags from both companies. I'd take MK's over TB's every time. The TB I have feels flimsy and thin. Had it not smelled like leather, I'd be convinced it's PVC despite being labeled leather. TB does have better stitching and detailing, but that's not enough to overcome the price differential to me.
