Does anyone have this? I'm thinking of getting it for this summer; I used a Longchamp Le Pliage in curry last year, didn't think yellow was a color I would use that much when I purchased it but it was really my most versatile color to use! So would like to invest in something more sturdy for this summer and I love the Amanda color. I have to purchase it online so can't check it out irl beforehand so wondering really what shade of yellow it is; more mustard or sunny? TIA

Did you get the bright yellow Amanda? Love that color and wondering is easy to go with outfit.

No I didn't! I ended up waiting and got to see the Amanda in-store....pleased I didn't rush with an on-line purchase as the yellow was a bit too bright for what I wanted, and I was surprised to think that the overall quality of the bag wasn't that great for the price (I thought the bag looked 'cheap').........anyway, I managed to get a gorgeous mustard-yellow bag from Michael Kors Outlet for less than half the cost of the TB bag and I adore it!! I've used it so much over summer, the color is just a great neutral and compliments so many other colors. I think having a less-bright yellow will be more versatile to take it into fall as well.......I really recommend having a yellow bag in your wardrobe; I used the Longchamp in curry last summer and from having so much use with that bag I knew a yellow bag in my wardrobe was a 'must have'............Hope I haven't put you off the TB Amanda bag but just want to be honest with my thoughts. Good luck with what you decide!

Really? So weird... I saw the amanda mini satchel in store and thought it looked great! And I'm picky about bag quality (always have to look at like 5 bags at Coach before I find a good one ... Now THAT'S quality issues! Sometimes I don't even find a good one that doesn't have issues with the leather, glue on it, etc...)

^^ don't get me wrong I do love TB (have sandals, flats and a blouse!) but regarding this particular bag, yes, I stand by my view..... whether it was the bright yellow that put me off, or the large metal logo which I thought looked a bit tacky....there was something overall about the bag which I thought didn't seem value for money, and at $400+ its a reasonable amount of cash to put down.
