Taupe and Clay!

I have a Taupe bag and can't get matching purse so I was wondering if anyone knows if the clay colour is close to the Taupe? Wondering if the clay purse would go with my Taupe bag?

they look close to me but hopefully someone will share photos. My clay bayswater seems very taupe-like!
