I have been loving the two from Tiffany- the pearl and the onyx necklace... What do you think of these? Have you seen or do you own no branded tassel necklaces made out of beads and pearls? I prefer the pearl one but I do have a long set that I can knot so I waS debating if the onyx was worth it or if there's a better place to purchase such a necklace?

Mu first impression of this piece was that it seemed like something a much older woman would wear (sorry!) and you are so cute and youthful.
Then I saw the pearl version and thought, "great gatsby"....with a drop waist dress I can only imagine how pretty that would look.
It does seem like an occasional/statement piece to me.
Would you get a lot of wear from it? It's all about CPW...cost per wear...at least that's my way of justifying these purchases....xoxo

The onyx doesn't dazzle me the way the pearls do, I think I could get decent wear with it but I think I still need a better foundation of jewelry before I could sensibly get this piece. But it's def in regards to CPW! You are right that will be the biggest part in deciding.
