What do you all think of their bags? I bought two about a month ago and I noticed today that this ones strap seems to be coming apart :sad2:

Sorry to hear about the handles of your bag. A couple weeks ago, I was considering getting a Tano bag. How do you like the leather of the bag? Is it soft or stiff?
