I have decided to get a Tag Heuer Aquaracer but I can’t seem to decide between a 27mm two-tone quartz and a 32mm ss with rose gold automatic.
I prefer the look of the 27mm but the 32 is automatic and I can get it for slightly less than the 27mm.
I intend to wear it everyday with casual to business clothes.
Please share your opinions ladies!

I recently got my first automatic and LOVE that it’s a little piece of engineering that will never need a new battery. So if you hate dealing with batteries, definitely get the automatic! My hubby has a Tag quartz and it sits dead in my jewelry box most of the time!

Plus, the look of the automatic above is nicer imho. Not a fan of the two tone strap with MOP dial. The SS with that interesting wavy dial is really beautiful!

However, it sounds like you prefer the two tone. If this is the case, it’s better to get what YOU like the most, or you’ll always feel like you settled. Or keep looking for just the perfect Tag that has all the qualities you want with no compromises.

I have the two-tone Tag without the diamonds. However, if I could have bought a bigger-faced automatic Tag then for a cheaper price, I would have, LOL! As it turned out, my next watch after the Tag was an automatic Omega Aqua Terra with diamond markers. To keep the automatic Omega going, I pretty much set aside the Tag for quite a number of years. However, now my tastes have changed, I don't wear the Omega regularly anymore but now I use my Tag more often because it's always running and doesn't rely on me to keep it running, thanks to its battery :D

I ordered the automatic, I’ll update with pictures when it arrives!
I hope it won’t look and feel too bulky (I know it’s not big for a sports watch but I’m used to even smaller watches)

Congrats! Can’t wait to see pictures! What size is your wrist? Mine is just under 6” and 30 mm looks just right, so I imagine unless your wrist is really tiny it will look great. I think for a sporty style like this you wouldn’t want the face to be too small.

I can't believe I didn't see this post earlier, as I could have posted almost the same thing myself. I am struggling with this decision, too, and I am disappointed there is not a yellow gold/ss Aquaracer with an automatic movement. In the case of your decision, while I prefer the yg/ss to the rose gold accents, I do prefer the 32 mm over the 27 mm. I also prefer the sweep of the second hand on an automatic to the jerkier movements of a quartz, but the quartz will keep better time. But keep in mind that if you decide that the looks of this watch aren't quite right, I understand the batteries tend to last about four years or so, which is very good. Please post pics when it arrives!

I did a quick search on Chrono24 and found this two-tone 32 mm automatic. Maybe they’ve been discontinued but there may still be a few kicking around!

Thank you; I had not seen that one. I do prefer the peal dial instead, and I wanted a diamond bezel, but I didn't realize there was a two-tone Aquaracer. If I could design one myself, I'd take the 32 mm diamond two-tone aquaracer with an automatic movement and a skeleton back (although I've never seen a dive watch with a skeleton back - probably for good reason!).

Here’s a few pictures. The size of my wrist is 15cm.
It’s a great everyday watch. The dial reminds of sand waves. I also love the diver motif on the inside.

Your new watch is stunning and perfect on your wrist! The dial seems to coordinate well with the rose gold accents, and I think you made the right decision to go with the 32 mm instead of the 27 mm. It has more presence on your wrist, which is a good thing for such a beautiful watch! The Aquaracers go so well from casual to business. Congratulations on your new addition!
