I have owned Bespoke featherweight for almost 6 mos and use 4 times wk. I have medium long hair and it works wonderful. You must buy from T3 dealer or they won't honor the 2 yr warranty. Which is why I assume you pay full price. Or you can go on-line w/Ebay or anyone else. Sephore,Ulta and Beauty.com are supposedly true dealers of T3 products. I bought 1 online that was supposed to be the new evolution and it is a non-authorized version of new featherweight T3. They will not honor warranty due to the fact that I noticed difference in serial number and emailed the manuf. Lots of luck Gals. Have a Fab hair Day.

I am debating between buying the expensive hair dryer or getting Keratin done!! I cannot do both right now and I am in urgent need of a fix for unruly, frizzy hair in Florida weather. Which one should that be?
