Sword Jacket Sizing

I want to purchase the Salara Sword leather jacket. I am a size 6-8 with a size 34c bust. Would I purchase the size medium or large? The salesperson told me that I would need the large. Do they run that small? I like my leather jackets fitted, but want to be able to zip it up.Please help!

I purchased the large & I'm a 34d-
Sword Jackets run small at the chest and shoulders- So if you are full chested or have slightly broad shoulders then I recommend to size up- If the only area that you are full in is your chest then you may be able to purchase the medium
