Hi! I would like to add a MOP piece and need help deciding between the sweet Alhambra MOP pendant or the lucky spring plum blossom MOP pendant. Which do you think is more versatile and can be worn dressed up or down? Is the plum blossom a classic style? Would you only wear it during spring/summer?

I like that the plum blossom is different from the vintage Alhambra pendant and isn’t as obvious of a VCA piece. I have sweet studs so the sweet pendant would complement well but it is on the daintier side and the plum blossom is bigger…but is the plum blossom too “cutesy”?

Hi! For sure the sweet pendant is much daintier than the plum blossom, and I do believe the plum blossom pendant is more feminine and a little whimsical, better suited for specific occasions, and also like you mentioned, isn’t as obvious of a VCA piece. I think the sweet pendant can be dressed up or down, can layer as well and more versatile. I don’t have any MOP pieces but these are just my thoughts on it :)

Good luck choosing a piece! Hopefully you can try both on and see which you love more.

The plum blossom piece is too cute for me, but I feel that VCA tends to lean more towards the feminine side of designs in general.

I feel that the alhambra would be a little more versatile with outfits and other jewelry.
The simple alhambra shape is almost like a symbolic representation of a flower (or at least something floral), while the plum blossom is obviously a flower.
That more symbolic and clean look makes it easier to wear with other jewelry or dress up or down.

Just my thoughts of course, I too do not have any VCA pieces.

Best to try both on with your daily pieces to see which one speaks to you more! Good luck and happy shopping!
