Am I the only one to have experienced problems with swarovski stones falling out?
I know that my aunt's earrings broke, but my necklace started losing stones almost immediatly. Has anything similar happened to anyone else? I suspect that it has because they took it back no bother, even without a receipt.
Sorry if there is a similar thread. I searched but I couldn't see anything.

I haven't experienced falling stones but they have a 2 year warranty for that. Just bring back it back with your receipt (or certificate booklet) and they will fix it for you. I assume since they have the warranty, it does happen. Most of my Swarovski are necklaces, weirdly enough some gems are placed slated (two on two different pendant). I personally think their quality is pretty bad, and customer service as well. You can try emailing them first and explaining the situation they reply pretty fast.

I think their customer service, in Ireland anyways, is quite good, but the price is too much for what you get. I didn't really mind the stones falling out, but underneath some of the stones it was a greeny colour :O.
Hopefully I was just unlucky, and when it gets fixed it will be okay. Thanks for the reply.
