I really would like to heat-stamp my Josephine Azur wallet, I have had it since August. Can it be heat-stamped even though its been used? I wish I would of done it at the time of purchase but the boutique was so busy and I wouldn't want it to be rushed.

Yes! They'll hot stamp any authentic LV (provided it's a piece that is safe to hot stamp without it going awry!) whether it's new or vintage or anything in between!

Yes, but sometimes when it is too old, they cannot do color, but they can always hot stamp it.

Yes I got my speedy done 3 years later with my newly purchased Neverfull. No questions asked. If any, I was asking if they can heat stamp this & that. I got caught up in the moment. Lol
