Travel Suggestions to blue water destinations with budget

Hi Everyone,

I'm planning my annual 7 day trip to a relaxing destination beach trip. I have already been to USVI, Bahamas, and Mexico so I don't want to go back (No Jamaica also). My budget is 1K (preferably including food and car-if needed) I don't want to fly for more than 7 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions? If so, will I need a car to travel around the places you are recommending? Also, I'm going in July so nice hot, sunny weather is a must. Thanks!

Is the $1K for everything? Hotel, air and money while there?

What about Belize? I've never been but everyone seems to have great things to say about it.

^ yes, the 1k will include hotel, airfare and hopefully car, i guess if i reallllllly need to, i can shell out another $300
