Food Suggestions For a Nutritious Cold Cereal

I don't know if this counts as 'cereal', but I love this breakfast. 1/4 cup of oats,1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup unsweetened soya milk with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
Cover and leave in the fridge overnight - you can then add whatever fruit/chopped nuts you like. I often have really a early start for work and this is is the perfect, quick and healthy breakfast.
